About the Trainers

James H. Hellam
 Jim Hellam is an experienced manager, trainer, and business development expert for almost 3 decades.
He was a senior managing executive at a major coaching company where he was responsible for developing and coordinating the company’s leadership training program.
Prior to his work with Leadership Training & Development Group LLC, Jim served as President of I-Leap, an affiliate of Hong Kong Polytechnic University and as co-owner of two US-based educational centers.
He has coached thousands of people to new levels of empowerment and performance and trained dozens of qualified trainers worldwide.
Before turning his attention to transformational training, Jim was a sergeant in a California Police Department. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree and teaching credential from San Jose University.
Jim is an avid world class softball player and sports fan. His biggest passion in life is hanging out with his three grandsons.
Lynne Bomben
Lynne brings 21 years of adult education training and management to New ERA.
While at a U.S. based experiential training organization, Lynne worked primarily as a trainer and enrollment manager. She managed over 16 centers worldwide, directed their enrollment declarations and led the Leadership weekends.
Lynne has also worked as a National Trainer from 1992 to the present. Lynne provides valuable services worldwide to train and develop foreign staff to lead events and learn how to train Leadership weekends. She is considered an expert in this field and has over 25 years of experience in enrollment and sales.
Lynne formerly worked at ValueStar (now Diamond Certified) as Vice-President of National Sales for 4 years.
