Findings of Dr. Lee Ross
Mr. Lee Ross, Ph.D. studied the perceived value of the Explore Training and Realize Training. For his research on the Explore Training, Dr. Ross randomly selected 382 participants from seven different trainings held in San Francisco, Palo Alto, Los Angeles, Orange County, Denver, and Washington, D.C.
Here is what Dr. Ross found:
- Over 80% of the Explore Training students and over 90% of the Realize Training students found the Training to be of value equal to or greater than its costs.
- When asked about the value of the Training relative to the student’s expectations high levels of satisfaction were evident.
- Students in Explore Trainings and Realize Training were asked whether they would recommend the Training to friends, co-workers, or family members. Over 80% of Explore Training participants and over 90% of Realize Training participants were certain of their intention to recommend Transformational Workshops to others.
Dr. Ross presented a series of descriptive statements and asked Explore Training participants to indicate their opinions. The responses include:
“Experienced enhanced feelings of responsibility and control”
95% found this statement to be very true or generally true
“Experienced increased self Liking and self acceptance”
90% responded that this statement was very true or generally true
“Found the Training to be interesting and enlightening”
98% responded that this statement was very true or generally true
“Frequently experienced playfulness, enjoyment and fun”
94% responded that this statement was very true or generally true
“Experienced sadness or depression”
25% responded that this statement was very true or generally true
“Experienced anxiety”
30% responded that this statement was very true or generally true
“Experienced the support of fellow students, and even greater support from the volunteer staff”
84% responded that this statement was very true or generally true
